Project Overview
In this IDL, pupils have developed their existing knowledge of Architecture by developing their understanding of sustainable material selection, stability and structure and building for specific purposes. Pupils developed their teamwork skills when developing their solutions in groups. They used experimentation to explore shape and structural integrity of models. Pupils explored existing examples of structures. They experimented with a range of model making techniques, tools - such as pyrographers and rotary tool - as well as exploring natural and man-made materials to ensure suitable aesthetic and function when creating models of their structures.
