In this IDL learners have researched and reacted to a range of existing musicals looking for inspiration in the way they approach themes and issues and experimented with the elements, technical and creative, that work beneath the surface. This has led them to collaboratively defining a musical they would want to see. They have been focusing on skills and tasks that will contribute to that musical’s look, set and costume or put the words on the page and the notes in a tune. Their show will go on.
