Jeremie is founder of Power a Life - a social enterprise specialising in impactful corporate gifts. As the founder, he has a hand in everything the company does from marketing, product design and development, sales, e-commerce and delivering impact on the ground with the schools we work with in Africa.
About the organisation:
Power a Life sells a range of power banks and wireless chargers. For each sale, and for each a free solar light is gifted to a child in a developing country.
Lee, IT Manager - Aberdeen Football Club
About the role:
As an IT manager, Lee is responsible for the day-to-day running of both Aberdeen FC and Aberdeen FC Community Trust’s IT operations, infrastructure, security, and data protection. He works to implement solutions that achieve wins on and off the pitch.

Michelle works for a charity which delivers employability training to young people and uses media tools to build transferable skills. She manages the projects and the staff team which involves a lot of organisation skills and interpersonal skills. She also creates and develops the course content and programmes, as well as delivering employability sessions.

Richard's role is to make the Salmon Bothy, Caravan Park, Sail Loft and Boatshed financially sustainable and successful, ensuring they are fun places to work and visit, in order to boost the economy of Portsoy.

Sarah, Director - Dates-n-Mates, a Project of C-Change Scotland
About the role:
Each branch has a Director with lived experience of a learning disability themselves. The role of Director is to help shape the project and connect with members. Role responsibilities are varied – it can include event organising and hosting, workshop and presentation creating and hosting, evaluation, interacting with and supporting members of the project and giving ideas to help direct the projects services.
