Cyber security is one of fastest growing industries and the IT industry had the highest number of job postings in 2021. More than 4000 people are employed in the sector locally. Three-quarters of tech businesses reported increased hiring during the past year. Nearly 60% of businesses said that there were not enough people to hire to meet demand.
