In 2020, a quarter of a million people in Scotland set up a business. This growing group of entrepreneurs are turning their ideas into businesses and becoming an important part of the employment mix. From small sole traders through to larger limited companies, these businesses cover many sectors and require a host of skills in their leadership teams to be successful. Business and administrative positions were in the top three job postings of 2021.
