Shauna is involved in all aspects of sheep and cattle husbandry from lambing, dipping, and clipping sheep to calving, bulking, and dressing cattle. She also carries out out general maintenance such as fencing and building dry stone dykes.

Daily duties include all elements of horse care, and booking administration, teaching all ages to ride, as well as helping riders develop a positive relationship with their horse which then enables them to progress and develop as a partnership.

About the role:
Jenna’s role includes building a pipeline of grant and commercial funded international Agri-Tech projects, preparation and delivery of CHAP’s international strategy, establishment and implementation of international KPIs, stakeholder engagement, development of strategic partnerships, business development, understanding of macroeconomic trends, cross-departmental collaboration, risk management, attending/speaking at conferences, managing budgets, and securing revenue across the centre.
