Arts For Empowerment Advisory Board Members

Maciej (Matt) Radzik, IT Advisor

Maciej (Matt) is an IT professional and technology expert. Matt brings over twenty years of IT experience to the Arts For Empowerment board. In his professional role he is the Manager of Cargo Operations and Sales System Development for a major European airline. As a technology enthusiast, Matt reviews new and legacy technology issues and test many of them to determines their actual usable value. Matt also provides IT solutions and support for several additional commercial clients. 

Federica Cocom: Arts Advisor

Federica is thrilled to be a member of the Arts For Empowerment Advisory Board and a dance teacher with the Arts For Empowerment/CPS School programs.

Federica Cocom is an accomplished Italian American Dancer with accolades including certificates, accommodations, and graduation from “Ateneo Della Danza” in Italy and Germany. In 2012 Federica moved to Chicago, IL to continue her dance training after meeting Robin Fisher while The Dance Foundation Chicago dance company toured and taught throughout Italy. Federica served as an apprentice teacher for Fisher Dance Center and received a scholarship to the Lou Conte Professional Dance Training Program with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago directed by Claire Bataille. Federica continued her performance career with Cerqua Rivera Dance Company directed by Wilfredo Rivera until 2017. Federica began to create her own concert pieces; Souls and Home in which she explored the concept of spiritual energy, connections, and loss. Given her years of insightful experience of the body’s requirements necessary to perform Federica built on her passion and knowledge for dance and the body and returned to college and graduated as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) working with the Athletico company, as a PTA team member of the Athletico Performing Arts Program.
