About Us

Arts For Empowerment (A4E) is an Illinois Not-For-Profit dedicated to enhancing Chicago's student education by integrating art, multiculturalism, and social emotional learning into core curriculum with life changing experiences through student performances, self creation and realization of who they are, the world around them while discovering their individual strengths that will carry them to a happy, healthy and successful life.

The Arts For Empowerment team is a group of Educators, Artists, Health Experts, and Business Professionals that are dedicated to making sure all students in Chicago Public Schools have access to the best education possible by optimizing opportunities for experiential learning. A4E believes performance is a robust experiential learning and teaching strategy that allows for novel information on a continuum, with rapid conversion of information into knowledge and skill acquisition.

The A4E team brings years of expertise in their fields. Together A4E is excited to make a difference in the lives of Chicago Public School teachers and students.
