Overview
Our signature donation-drive Art Cart program provides free art supplies and art packs to the local area, at community events, and at arts-friendly businesses throughout the county. Thanks to generous donations of arts supplies, Arts Connection launched the Create Together program, offering numerous artist-facilitated community events, including a collaborative mural, a finger painting, drip painting & collages session, and a chalk competition. Art donations are always welcome! These programs are run by Bianca Gomez – who was awarded a 30 Under 30 Award from the Office of Assembly Majority Leader Eloise Gómez Reyes in 2022.

On January 8th 2022, Arts Connection hosted a creative session to introduce the new space for the Art Cart. Arts Connection supported their community with art supplies for free. We had different art mediums to experiment with such as: knitting/crocheting, painting, drawing, embroidery, jewelry, and collating.
A traveling and permanent collection of free, donated resources, prints, and art items. The Art Cart travels to different locations and events, offering supplies to artists and audience members in exchange for something thet have in abundance. When not traveling to local events, the "art cart" lives at the Garcia Center as a free space for resource exchanges for individuals and community use.
