As an additional element needed for an interconnected, vibrant countywide vision and drawing on nearly ten years of listening, learning and leading, Arts Connection has identified priority areas that continues to focus and refine all of our work:

1. • Vision: All generations have access to high quality arts education during and after the school day and accessible pathways to sustaining jobs and creative opportunities to apply their creative skill-sets in multifaceted ways to benefit their communities

Cultural Equity and Cultivating Communities of Belonging

• Vision: Arts & culture hubs exist as sustaining community anchors in each sub-region of the county – and as many local neighborhoods as possible – to build community cohesion, enhance well-being, and increase information and skill sharing
