Internship Example 1:
Internship Within the Organizational Leadership Program
This project plan was for a student who served as an intern to the Organizational Leadership Program itself.
She first defined her Learning Objectives then we chose Projects and Tasks together to meet them which also supported the program she was interning for.
As you can also see - these changed over time when needed based on the program and her goals.
Learning Objectives
Acquire new knowledge of I-O Concepts, particularly in regard to non-profit and service orgs.
Gain experience developing and managing real-world projects, such as research studies, volunteer events, and college courses.
To further develop computer and online skill sets, particularly online research tools.
To explore alternative career options appropriate to my interests and skills.
Projects + Tasks
Update Student Support materials as needed (LO 2 & 3)
Netiquette guide already completed - great job!
Design LDRV 498 (LO 2 & 4)

We may also want to add project examples to our program website: https://sites.google.com/a/email.arizona.edu/org-leadership/courses/individual-options
Help with refinement and deployment of LDRV Assessment Plan (LO 1, 2, & 3) : Table it due to changes in program assessment which may result from current PD meeting series.
Help refine and improve LDRV Adjunct Hiring Procedures (LO 1, 2, & 4)
Develop and put on professional dress workshops for women in college? (LO 2 with a little of 4 and maybe 3)
Running Agenda
This student liked to keep a Google Document where she had a 'running agenda' for weekly meetings and for what she accomplished each week.
We do this in lab as well, when we are involved in an active research project.
