"My goal is to ensure that students know their post-KS3, KS4 and KS5 options; have a better understanding of their dreams, goals, strengths, weaknesses, values, etc. (self-awareness), and a broader understanding of the labour market. They don't know what they don't know, and I aim to fill in the gaps"
