Editor's Note

Dear Readers,

How are you all doing? Thriving? Dying? Just trying to survive the spring semester? ‘Cause same.

This is only our second issue as co-editors for Quiddity and we are incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to work with so many wonderful readers and writers. There a lot of new faces in this issue, plus a few familiar ones and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of work that was both submitted and published. We can’t wait to read more of your amazing work in the future.

Special congratulations to Cece Harrs for winning this year’s Creative Writing Award! You can read her fiction short story, "US North 95," in this edition.

Despite all of the stress of working on the creative writing manuscript this semester (good luck to the incoming seniors!), it has been great to read through all of the submissions we received for our 7th publication―which was a lot!

We hope you all survive finals week and good luck to the graduating class of 2019 in their future endeavors!

Sincerely,

Jessica Anders and Kapri Koflanovich
