How to Cancel an Appointment

In order for other students to have the opportunity to fill the appointment slot, we expect you to cancel an appointment as soon as you know you will not be able to attend. Cancel an appointment by calling, emailing, visiting the Tutoring Center, or on TutorTrac.

How to Cancel on TutorTrac

  1. Log in to TutorTrac using your APU username and password.

  2. Your appointment will be listed on the screen. Click on the "X" to cancel your appointment.

  3. The Appointment Cancellation screen will appear. Choose "Confirm Cancellation".

Cancellation Policies

Appointments canceled less than 1 hour in advance (except in case of emergency) are considered "No Show" appointments. Failure to cancel appointments in a timely fashion two times in a semester will result in suspension of your ability to schedule appointments for the remainder of the semester.
