What You Need to Know About Appointments

• Appointments are 1 hour in length.  

• Come to your appointment five minutes in advance to check-in.

• If you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel it at least 1 hour in advance through the WCOnline portal and click the “X” by your appointment time, call 626-815-6120, or email/G chat us at  tutoringcenter@apu.edu.

  • Appointments canceled less than 1 hour in advance (except in case of emergency) are considered "Late Cancel" appointments.

  • If you miss 2 appointments in a semester you will no longer be allowed to make appointments and will need to contact the WTC.

  • Remember when you miss an appointment you may be depriving another student of an opportunity to meet with a tutor.
