Physical fitness is a fundamental bedrock of an effective and cohesive unit. It instills pride, confidence, teamwork, accomplishment, and improves brain function and cardiovascular health. In addition to the basic PT challenges every cadet goes through, those physically adept are pushed closer to their limits. Team members are trained in cardio, strength, and flexibility.
