Textbook Request Forms

The deadline for principals to request changes to their HQIM numbers has passed. You can find the number of materials that will be sent to your site on the  2026-2027 School HQIM Numbers spreadsheet. Please review this presentation for more details. If you have questions email Rachel Altobelli.

High School principals may request HQIM for AP, CTE, and HB 171 and Academies aligned courses through this form.
