Location: Albuquerque Convention Center - Hall 4 (main level west building)
Time: 10:00 am - 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. clean up

🅿️Event parking is available at the Civic Center Underground Parking (connected to the expo hall building) for $10.
🚧Set-Up Details: August 3rd: Between 10:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. or August 4th: Between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
Loading zone available for large items. Located at the back of the expo hall on Marquette Blvd. The loading zone can accommodate a few vehicles at a time, so we ask that you unload and then move your vehicle to a parking space or the Civic Plaza parking garage.
✅Check-in: Check-in with Vicky in Hall 4 (west building main level attached to the civic plaza garage) Look for the Expo Hall Check-in Table.
Locate your marked table/space and set up for our 7,000 educators!
10:00 AM: General sessions begin and the Partner Expo Hall officially opens.
🎁SWAG: Educators love swag! If you need to ship manageable boxed items to our office ahead of time, please notify Kelly Mitchell, kelly.mitchell@aps.edu. All shipped materials need to arrive by August 2nd and will be taken to the Convention Center on August 3rd. No large item deliveries will be available at the convention center.
