Role group mini-session topics are listed to align with each monthly focus area and objective for a cohesive program flow. Role Group sessions are also adapted to provide targeted support based on need and support 90 Day Plans, Attendance Plans, MLSS Plans.

Promising Practices Coalition Role Alignment
The district views these positions as essential for implementing the goals and guardrails. These visuals can be used to ensure strategic coherence, clarify role group responsibilities, visualize work integrations, and hone in on collaborative opportunities to support student growth and outcomes.
The Promising Practice Coalition is a reflection of APS's commitment to supporting the Six Promising Practices and district Goals and Guardrails. Through collaboration and on-going support of school site teams (Teaching and Learning Coaches, Student Success Systems Resource Teachers, and the Community School Impact Coordinators) student outcomes will flourish.
The Coalition meets monthly throughout the school year to collaborate, align work, receive professional development, and build relationships with a focus on coherence and school strategic initiative alignment.
