Lexia PowerUp
It is really important that you join on time because we will start Lexia Power Up as soon as you join class so the teacher has time to work with students in breakout rooms
To access Lexia Power Up, Go to the following website: https://myapps.classlink.com/home
Then, find 'Power Up' ('Student Resources Section'/ Purple Background)
This website will help us identify your areas of strength, as well as areas you may struggle with. If there is a specific area you are struggling with, the website will notify me. From there, I will have small group activities to help you with the particular subject you may have had questions about.
Teacher will meet in small groups with students that need more practice with a concept during this time.
The last 5 minutes of class will be used to see who completed the most units during our period for the day
Class Competitions:
Competition (Weekly Winner)
The student who finishes the most units in 1 period
Weekly winner gets to replace a 0% with a 100% on an assignment of your choice. Or you will receive an ASSIGNMENT PASS in google chat (100% for an activity in the future- you can share this with a friend if you win more than once). You just message me back in google chat with the name of the assignment when you are ready to use the pass.
Units for the competition only count if they are DONE IN CLASS on WEEKLY competition days
