Where to look for feedback

Monday discussion worksheets, group quizzes, and cumulative problem sets

When you submit handwritten or typed work through an assignment link, I will be reviewing this work as quickly as I can, my aim is to do so within 3 days of the due date for the assignment. You should be able to read my feedback as a feedback file in AsULearn. To see these files click on the assignment link in AsULearn and the feedback file should be available in the details that appear (scroll to the bottom of the page to find the file). We will review solutions to Monday discussion worksheets in class. After a group quiz or problem set assignment closes, you can find full solutions in the solutions folder at the top of our AsULearn page.

These assignments are auto-graded and you have several attempts to check your answers along the way (with intermittent hints). Some feedback will appear automatically after you check your answer for a question. When you have been asked to fill in a blank or select from a drop-down menu, you will see your feedback by hovering your mouse over your individual responses. After checking your work you can re-try the problem as often as you would like, but you do receive a 10% penalty for each new attempt. After you’ve fully submitted your quiz you should be able to click on the same assignment link and review your responses. The general feedback you receive will give more information about the questions. You can retake the entire quiz up to five times and your highest score will be recorded.

cumulative think-share-pare-compare forum and debrief

In these assignments you share your answers to a series of questions with the class and then you respond meaningfully to two of your classmates' posts. After your posts are marked as complete you will have access to the solutions to the questions and will be asked to reflect on your work via the debrief for that forum. I will reply individually via email to you after reviewing your debrief with my comments on your work as well as answers to any lingering questions you posted in the debrief.

I will grade these projects using a rubric and I will attempt to grade them within three days of the assignment closing. To see your rubric score along with some feedback comments simply click on the assignment link any time after the assignment grade appears in your gradebook.
