GEN ED: Science Inquiry Perspective (Theme: “Physics of Our Technological World”)
A laboratory study of the basic principles of physics, at an algebra level, focusing on mechanics. Topics include motion, forces, energy, momentum, and rotational equilibrium.
This laboratory course is required as a prerequisite or corequisite for PHY 1123 - General Physics 1. You may need to sign up for the WEB lecture as a corequisite.
Modality: WEB with Zoom Help Sessions. May be listed as Hybrid - Primarily Online, Online -Synchronous or Online - Asynchronous.
Assignments will be completed 100% asynchronously. However, there are synchronous Zoom help sessions for each lab where the lab instructor will answer any questions and help with troubleshooting. Attendance at help sessions is not mandatory.
