GEN ED: Science Inquiry Perspective (Theme: “How Things Work”)

An introductory laboratory survey of the ideas of physics at the conceptual level. Topics include thermodynamics, electricity, magnetism, atomic and nuclear physics.

This laboratory course is required as a prerequisite or corequisite for  PHY 1122 - The Environment and Everyday Life.

Modality: face to face, 1 day per week, for ~2 hours. There is only one section of this course and no online option.
