Poetry Festival and Slams this summer! Keep your poetry going!

IBigfoot Poetry Festival, a three-day event filled with free open mics, poetry slams, workshops, and more. It's happening this year on June 25th - 27th. 

The only ticketed event of our entire festival is Finals Stage, happening the night of Saturday, June 27th. Like the last few years, we are giving interested schools a set of 10 tickets to Finals for their students, so that students can attend for free.

We are also hosting another Youth Poetry Slam on Saturday, June 27th at 10:00am. Participants need to have two poems and must be 18 or younger to compete. We are already taking sign ups. The winner of this event will have the chance to share a poem on Finals Stage later that same night, and they will also win a $50 gift card to Powell’s Books.
