Practice Schedule

Where: Practice at school, we meet just outside the Fitness Center entrance at TKHS. We conclude practice  in the same location. (Also known as the south parking lot).

When: Non-meet weekdays - practice can be from 2:35 to 4:40 pm. Ending time may vary depending on the day’s workout. The basic structure of practice will include any pre-practice discussion, warm-up, main set, cool down, stretch, any post-practice discussion. Some practices may involve strength weight work either in the fitness center or in the middle school weight room. Practice will be held every day we do not have a meet. If the weather is dangerous, we will workout indoors on spin bikes or may be cancelled. Note: Some days we might be done as early as 4:00-4:15 p.m., while others will go to 4:40 p.m. 4:15-ish is more normal than not once we get into a rhythm.

Weekends WithOUT Meets: I may be asking athletes to run on one of the weekend days.

Weekends WITH Meets: Sunday Rest Day.
