Dear Parents and Principals, 

Friday we toured Food City, a Mexican-American grocery store, with our long-time guide, Yolanda. We had fun learning about new-to-us foods (beef tongue, chorizo, chicken’s feet...), seeing the behind-the-scenes operations, and sampling lots of yummy things (but not beef tongue or chicken’s feet 🤣). Then we explored the University of Arizona with three knowledgable guides (two of whom are Osseo Area Schools grads). We especially loved seeing their big sports arena, the gymnastics training facility and the cute little robots that deliver food. It was another wonderful day of learning together in Arizona!
