The Advanced Placement (AP) program is offered by the College Board which offers college-level curriculum and exams to high school students. AP exams are given each May to students who register and have taken an AP course. AP exams are scored 1-5. Students who score a 3 or higher are typically eligible to earn college credit. Osseo Senior offers 18 different AP courses.
Students that plan to take an AP exam MUST complete the following steps.
Create a College Board Account at myap.collegeboard.org
Join AP Course(s) in College Board using Join Codes (listed below or check with your teachers)
Register to take AP exam(s) using Total Registration
Make payment online at Total Registration
IMPORTANT: Students that qualify for free/reduced lunch can receive a fee waiver for the entire cost of all AP exams. The Meal Assistance Application needs to be completed every fall.
