JUNE/JULY 2023:
2023 All Chapter Banquet - (local, post-graduation, personal growth opportunities, social activities) Getting together to celebrate the accomplishments of our members.
Leadership Training Camp - (local and state FCCLA program, leadership development, personal growth opportunities, social activities)-Leadership training with our state and local FCCLA officers and members.
2023 National Leadership Conference - (state and national FCCLA program, leadership development, competitive events, post-graduation readiness, personal growth opportunities) -Members travel to compete in STAR events, meet other FCCLA members from around the country and gain leadership skills and training.
AUGUST 2023
Leadership Council Meeting - (local, state, and national FCCLA programs, leadership development, personal growth opportunities)-Our chapter's leadership meeting before the school year kicks off to meet with our advisor and get to know each other, leadership activities.
Leadership Council Planning Workshop - (local, state, and national FCCLA programs, fundraising and community partnerships, leadership development, school and community outreach and service)- The chapter leadership council set up the FCCLA bulletin board and display case along with planning the calendar, activities for Freshmen recruitment night.
Freshman Orientation Recruitment - (national FCCLA program, social activities)- Leadership council was able to set up a booth at the orientation and recruit incoming Freshmen into FCCLA.
Childcare for Freshman Orientation- (national FCCLA program, school and community outreach and service)-FCCLA chapter members and FCS class students provided child care for families during our freshman orientation.
SEPTEMBER 2023:
Cookie Kickoff Member Recruitment- (social activities)-Kicked off the year by eating cookies and writing letters to our service members who are deployed with new and past members.
Monthly Meeting - (social activities, community partnership, school and community outreach and service, leadership development, and personal growth opportunities)- Members learn about new ways to help out their community through fun activities while actively meeting new people and making new friends. During the meetings, chapter leaders also highlight past and upcoming events on the calendar. State, local, and national FCCLA programs are discussed and worked on.
Warrior 196 Leadership Memorial 5K - (national FCCLA program, community partnership, school and community outreach and service)-Cheered on the runners with signs, handed out medals and snacks.
NorthStar Therapy Animal Visit to EVHS- ( community partnership, school and community outreach and service, personal growth opportunities, social activities) Our chapter brought in therapy dogs to help relieve stress of our school community. We were able to bring them in for two days and raise money to play with the puppies.
Feed My Starving Children - ( community partnership, school and community outreach and service, personal growth opportunities, social activities)-Volunteer at the organization with other members and pack meals for children across the world.
9/11 Service Project-Operation Gratitude - (community partnership, school and community outreach and service, post-graduation readiness)-Writing postcards to deployed service members. Inviting the MN Army National Guard into FCS classes.
Homecoming Dance- (fundraising, social activities)- Chapter members sold water, Gatorade, and snacks at the dance.
Childcare for Family Night- (national FCCLA program, school and community outreach and service)-FCCLA chapter members and FCS class students provided child care for families during our Family Night.
OCTOBER 2023:
Desserts by FCCLA - (school and community outreach and service,)-Brought in desserts for Eastview High School staff during fall conferences.
Monthly Meeting - (social activities, community partnership, school and community outreach and service, leadership development, and personal growth opportunities)- Members learn about new ways to help out their community through fun activities while actively meeting new people and making new friends. During the meetings, chapter leaders also highlight past and upcoming events on the calendar. State, local, and national FCCLA programs are discussed and worked on. STAR event information was introduced.
NorthStar Therapy Animal Visit to EVHS- ( community partnership, school and community outreach and service, personal growth opportunities, social activities) Our chapter brought in therapy dogs to help relieve stress of our school community. Central East Fall Rally - (social activities, state, local and national FCCLA programs, competitive events, leadership development, and personal growth opportunities)-Our Area President along with our Leadership Council planned and executed this conference for all the chapters in the Central East Area. Introduced the 2023-2024 State theme. We heard a dynamic speaker, learned about STAR Events, collected and made Boo Bags to deliver to the Robert B. Lewis House for Halloween fun.

Lewis House:( community partnership, school and community outreach and service, personal growth opportunities, state and national FCCLA programs) Our Leadership Council delivered the Boo Bags to the Robert B. Lewis House to pass out to the children staying there so that they have a treat for celebrating Halloween..

MN Children's Museum- Spooktacular - (national FCCLA program, community partnership, school and community outreach and service, social activities)- Volunteered at the Children's Museum Halloween event, hosting games and treats for children and their families.
NOVEMBER 2023:
Potluck Dinner - (social activities)-Celebrate the end of the quarter with members.

Turkey Bingo - (social activities)-Play bingo with members before Thanksgiving break begins.

Fundraising/Lunds/Byerlys Bagging- Chapter members bagged groceries at Cub Foods to raise money for State Conference and National Leadership Conference.
Toys for Military Families Sort/Inventory- (community partnership, school and community outreach and service, personal growth opportunities, social activities, state and national FCCLA programs)-Our Leadership Council connected with this program at the Warrior Memorial 5K in September and was asked to come and sort/inventory toys for the families at Fort Snelling. Military members are able to “shop” the toys that were sorted for their children.
Toys for Military Families Shopping Trip- ( community partnership, school and community outreach and service, personal growth opportunities, social activities,state and national FCCLA programs)- The Toys for Military Families was given a grant/money to shop for toys at Walmart. FCCLA members were invited back to shop because they did such a good job helping with the inventory and sorting.
Fall Summit- (state FCCLA programs, leadership development, personal growth opportunities, competitive events, career exploration, post- graduation readiness, social activities)-Joined other members across the state in networking skills, learning about STAR Events, being involved in leadership and service opportunities and hearing dynamic speakers.
DECEMBER 2023:

Wreaths Across America - (community partnership, school and community outreach and service, social activities, national FCCLA program)-Lay wreaths on the graves of soldiers at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
MN Children's Museum- Sparklerama - (community partnership, school and community outreach and service, social activities, national FCCLA program)- Volunteered at the MN Children's Museum at the New Year's Party event.
Ornaments and Holiday Cards to Apple Valley Villa- (community partnership, school and community outreach and service, leadership, competitive events)-FCCLA and Crochet and Knit club, Crocheted ornaments for the residents of Apple Valley Villa. We also made holiday cards at our Monthly Meeting to deliver to the residents as well.
JANUARY 2024:

Fundraising/Cub Foods Bagging- (personal growth opportunities, leadership, fundraising, community partnership, school and community outreach and service)- Chapter members bagged groceries at Cub Foods to raise money for State Conference and National Leadership Conference.

MAFCS-(Minnesota Association of Family and Consumer Science Teachers)- Joint Service Project-Service Learning Project- (community partnership, school and community outreach and service)- Birthday in A Box-Collecting items around the state to make Birthday kits to deliver to Ronald McDonald House, Dakota Woodland and 360 Communities.
MLK Day of Service - (state and national FCCLA programs, personal growth opportunities, community partnership, school and community outreach and service)-Service Project on Martin Luther King Day-
Feed My Starving Children - ( community partnership, school and community outreach and service, social activities)-Volunteer at the organization with other members and pack meals for children across the world.
Mid-Winter Meeting and STAR Event Competition - (state and national FCCLA programs, personal growth opportunities, competitive events, leadership development,) Compete at the regional level in STAR Events. Attend a Mid-Winter meeting.
Dakota Woodlands Family Shelter- (Competitive event, national FCCLA programs, personal growth opportunities, leadership development)- Planning a birthday party and fun activity afternoon for the children and the parents staying there, celebrating January birthdays and giving them something to do on their day off from school
NorthStar Therapy Animal Tie Blankets and Dog Toy Workshop- ( community partnership, school and community outreach and service, personal growth opportunities, social activities, competitive event) Chapter members and FCS students were able to make tie blankets and dog toys out of our old extra FCCLA t-shirts to donate back to the dogs that visited us in the fall and will be coming back this spring.
FEBRUARY 2024:

Capitol Day - (leadership development, post-graduation readiness, career exploration) Going to the MN Capital, meeting with legislators, learning about public service careers.
FCCLA WEEK - (community partnership, school and community outreach and service, social activities, fundraising)-Celebrate FCCLA week at school and with our chapter through activities and acts of service. We will be doing fundraising and member/faculty appreciation activities.

MAFCS-(Minnesota Association of Family and Consumer Science Teachers)- Joint Service Project-Service Learning Joint Service Project- (community partnership, school and community outreach and service)- Birthday in A Box-Collecting items around the state to make Birthday kits to deliver to Ronald Mc Donald House, Dakota Woodland and 360 Communities.
The Drawer Inventory Session - (community partnership, school and community outreach and service, social activities, national FCCLA program)-Inventory of bundling items by FCCLA members and the Drawer for MLK Service month.
NorthStar Therapy Animal Tie Blankets and Dog Toy Workshop- (community partnership, school and community outreach and service, personal growth opportunities, social activities, competitive event) Chapter members and Fashion Design Trends and Interior Design students were able to make tie blankets and dog toys out of our old extra FCCLA t-shirts to donate back to the dogs that visited us in the fall and will be coming back this spring.
Eastview High School Winterfest Week- (fundraising, school and community outreach and service, leadership development, community partnership, school and community outreach and service)- Eastview Chapter members and Eastview High School students, parents and teachers along with our community will collect items for our Service Project: Birthday in a Box. We will take a day after school that week to have an all school packaging session. Boxes will be delivered to Ronald McDonald House and 360 Communities.
MARCH 2024:
Monthly Meeting - (social activities, community partnership, school and community outreach and service, leadership development, and personal growth opportunities)- Members learn about new ways to help out their community through fun activities while actively meeting new people and making new friends. During the meetings, chapter leaders also highlight past and upcoming events on the calendar. State, local, and national FCCLA programs are discussed and worked on. Fundraising opportunities for the State Conference are presented.
MAFCS-(Minnesota Association of Family and Consumer Science Teachers)- Joint Service Learning Project- State Conference- Presentation (community partnership, school and community outreach and service)- FCCLA members and EVHS Fashion Design Trends class are collecting items, packaging them and delivering them to families in need at 360 Communities, and Ronald McDonald House.

Ronald McDonald House- (Competitive Event, national FCCLA programs, personal growth opportunities, leadership development)- Planning a birthday party at the Ronald McDonald House for the children and the parents staying there, celebrating March birthdays.
Royals Party- (school and community outreach and service, social activities, fundraising, leadership development, and National Programs)-Planning a Royal party for children in our community. They will come to EVHS for a party with interactive stations and snacks. Using this to fundraise for NLC and State Conference.
APRIL 2024:

During the meetings, chapter leaders also highlight past and upcoming events on the calendar. State, local, and national FCCLA programs are discussed and worked on. Fundraising opportunities for the National Conference are presented.
State Conference 2024 - (state FCCLA programs, leadership development, personal growth opportunities, competitive events, career exploration, post-graduation readiness)-Join other members across the state in networking skills, competing in STAR Events, being involved in leadership and service opportunities, and hearing dynamic speakers.
Feed My Starving Children - ( community partnership, school and community outreach and service, social activities)-Volunteer at the organization with other members and pack meals for children across the world.
Global Youth Service Day- (state FCCLA programs, community partnership, leadership development, personal growth opportunities)-Participation in youth service projects.
AP Test Treats- (fundraising, school, and community outreach and service)- Distribution of treats purchased by parents for AP test takers.
Rubber Duck Races- (fundraising, school and community outreach and service)- Schoolwide rubber duck race to raise funds for National Leadership Conference.
MAY 2024:

Flags for Fort Snelling- (community partnership, school and community outreach and service, social activities, career readiness)- Place flags on headstones and give thanks to soldiers who have served in our military.
Senior Send -Off- (social activities, post-graduation activities)-Special night for celebrating senior graduates.
End of the Year Banquet- (social activities, personal growth activities, leadership development)- Celebrating members with awards received this year. Announcement of Leadership Council for the next year.
