Check out our Membership Recruitment Activities!
During our first meeting of the year, we hand out cookies! Come snag a cookie and learn about FCCLA! Everyone is welcome!
Eastview FCCLA prides themselves in showing off FCCLA Spirit! Leadership Council comes in before the start of the school year to put up pictures, decorations, and information about FCCLA so that everyone can see what we do!
We always set up a trifold and hand out flyers for Freshman Orientation so that incoming freshmen can ask questions and learn how to join. (We also give out candy!)
Eastview FCCLA brings in Therapy Puppies from North Star Therapy Animals during the end of November. All are welcome!
Check out our Membership Retention Activities!
Eastview FCCLA loves their members! We host a potluck at the end of 1st quarter to connect with all of our members.
The week of Thanksgiving, Eastview FCCLA hosts Turkey BINGO! Members can stop by for an hour to try their luck on winning some candy prizes for their BINGO cards!
During our December monthly meeting, Eastview FCCLA has a tradition of doing a gift exchange. Members each bring a gift and exchange with another person while we play our "left, right" game!

Monthly Meetings:
When Members come to our monthly meetings they retain lots of information on how the chapter will give back to their community that month. Members will learn about new ways to help out their community through fun activities while actively meeting new people and making new friends. During the meetings the chapter leaders also highlight past and upcoming events on the calendars.
Service Projects:
Members will sign up for volunteer opportunities to help out their community. With a brief introduction to the event, members will be in a group and will go and help their community while meeting new people in a low stress situation.
STAR Events:
STAR (Students Taking Action With Recognition) events are a big part of our FCCLA chapter. Members can chose a topic they are passionate or interested in to create a presentation and to make real change within themselves, their community or life.
Run for Office:
With the multiple levels of Office in MN FCCLA, members can choose to aim for a higher role in FCCLA. Members can choose to run for Chapter Officer, Peer Educator, Area Officer, State Officer, or National Officer. When members run for a higher office, they are making new friends, connections, and learning about leadership at the ultimate level.
