Activities Information & Calendar

Members and Officers from all over Minnesota attend workshops to learn about happenings this year and better their leadership skills through FCCLA activities.

EVHS FCCLA members help cheer on the runners at the District 196 Warrior Memorial 5k. They passed out refreshments and  gave medals to the racers. This supports scholarships to the 5 high schools in our district.

One of our membership recruiting tools we used was to invite the NorthStar Therapy dogs in this fall. We are planning on inviting them back this Spring. We had a blast playing and petting the dogs.

Members helped bag groceries for our local community, and were able to fundraise for the National Leadership Conference and spread the word about FCCLA.

Chapter members from the Chapters in the Central East area got together to listen to a guest speaker and learn our state theme and what fun things are ahead for this year while connecting with new people.

Members from the MN Central East Area compete in their STAR Events at the Regional level. All Eastview members advanced to State.

Himani Mondal and Ms. Battistone attended the National Fall Leadership Institute in Anaheim, California and learned about Leadership the Disney way.

Himani Mondal volunteered and gave a short speech about FCCLA at the AAFCS conference in June 2024.

3 of our members went to go help serve food and play games with the families who are staying at Dakota Woodlands.

Members traveled to Seattle, Washington and had a chance to compete their Competitive Events. They also had opportunities to attend workshops and visit different areas of Seattle.

Members stay after school to play BINGO to win prizes and get to know each other.
