Girls Basketball Update

This season in sports is girls basketball and wrestling. This article is focusing on the girls basketball team and how they are doing so far. I spoke to a team member, Caitlyn Almond who is an eighth grader on the team. The team’s record is 1-5. They are doing pretty good on defense and offense. She says they need to work on passing and communication to get the ball. Caitlyn likes the coach because she’s good and explains things such as drills. There are three more games against Concord, CC Griffin,and JN Fries. She likes that she has met new people through basketball and she has enjoyed the season. In conclusion, the season has been good and Caitlyn has enjoyed playing basketball.
