Winter Olympics 2026

The winter Olympics will be held in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy from February 6 to 22, 2026. Milan will hold indoor events like figure skating ,short track, speed skating and ice hockey. While carting d'Amapezz also known as ¨Queen of the Dolomites¨ this will host  women's alpine skiing , bobsledding,lungs, skeleton and curling. Bormid a ski resort /will host men's alpine skiing  and Iivigno a hub for ski mountains skiing , snowboarding and freestyle skiing and Verona will host the opening ceremony. I wish I could go. Good luck to any country, may the best man/woman win .

Freezing Temperature 

Have you been feeling cold lately? Well the reason for this is the North Pole were Santa lives (don't forget the milk and cookies) the Arctic sent a BLAST of freezing cold air and some snow has reached some states but in NC there has been freezing temperatures but no snow for some reason unfortunately just a lot of black ice there was a 2 hour delay around Cabarrus County.   

2 Hour Delay

Recently there was a 2 hour delay in Cabarrus County Schools.  Most people just slept more or played games. Some people decided to actually do something. Some people made themselves breakfast, some did missing work, some people took advantage of the delay. You should think about what you do if another takes place. What did you do for the delay?
