Have you ever wrestled or even watched a wrestling match? Wrestling is hard work and you must use your brain power during this sport. You must know what to do, how to do it and to not get yourself in a bad spot while doing it. In wrestling they put you through conditioning which is where you have to put your body through insane workouts. For example their are workouts like up downs where you have to run up and down the gym until you can't anymore, the usual push-ups, planks, suicides, and many more hard activities.

Wrestling contains different kinds of combat but the most common one is grappling. You have to get your opponent in an uncomfortable position where they either tap out because they can't take it anymore or where you pin them and keep them on the ground for three seconds. There are different weight classes in wrestling that determine who you wrestle. If you weigh 150 pounds then the officials are going to make you wrestle the opponent that has the closest weight to you. The weight classes range so if you are between 150-160 pounds you are in a certain weight class.

Wrestling is a very popular sport that people love to watch and play. Even though it sounds like a tough sport there are a lot of females out there who beat most of the guys they go against. So no matter your sex if you find wrestling fun please do it you will enjoy it. Wrestling can help you physically and mentally physically because you put your body through a lot like if you want to join a certain weight class you have to cut a lot of pounds or gain a lot. Mentally because if you are an angry person or if you had a bad day you can just take it all out on your opponent on the wrestling mat. Wrestling is a very good stress reliever.

There are rules to wrestling obviously for example some rules are no punching or throwing hands, it must be a clean fight, No bad or unnice words said to each other, shake hands before and after every match, and do not post things online after the match.Wrestling is a very fun sport and if it ever catches your eye please try you won't regret it.
