Residency Prep

Here are some residency prep reminders: order parking pass if you plan to park on campus, update your information for the cohort booklet, order printed materials (workshop booklet to be picked up at the residency) if needed. The due date for all these forms is November 22, 2023. We'll post another reminder.  

Parking form to request a parking pass on campus

Please respond by November 26—thank you! Our recommendation is if you plan to park on campus more than 2 times, please request a parking pass. This form will need some details about your vehicle (please type rental for rentals).

Cohort booklet: Continuing students review and update your information

This form does not apply to new students starting the program. New students will complete the New Student Information Form under the New Student Info menu item. All other students please respond to the form. If you don’t respond, we’ll be using your info from June 2023 Residency booklet.

Printed materials

For students who plan to be on campus, if you want to request a printed version of your workshop materials, please respond to this form by November 26. Materials will be available for pick up at the Campus Service Center.

For other printing needs on campus: 

• Students will be able to print from the computer lab on the fourth floor. 

• Graduating students can ask their seminar organizers to print the seminar handouts (seminar organizers will be in touch with graduating students in the next couple of weeks).
