Instructions
These instructions assume that you will be logging in using the same authentication you use to login into AUDirect and Google. If you already have a Zoom login, you can continue to use it, or use this new method if you prefer.
After logging in to AUDirect, click on the Services menu and then the Zoom link to be taken to the Antioch Zoom site (https://antioch.zoom.us). Note that this same page has links to information about Zoom, along with tutorials regarding the various features in Zoom, Antioch guidelines, policies, and more.
2. Click on the ‘Sign in’ button.
3. You will be taken to a page that looks like this:
4. Click the button with the Google logo.
Note: If you forgot to sign in to AUDirect and Gmail before starting, you'll next be taken to a Google sign-in screen (it will list all the Google accounts to which you have access if there is more than one). Select the one associated with your Antioch email account. Sign in through AUDirect on the next screen if necessary.
You'll then see the following screen:
5. Click the 'Create Account' button. If you have an existing Zoom account, you’ll be taken straight to your personal user account page.
If not, you’ll be taken to the next screen, where you'll be asked if you want to join Antioch University's Zoom Account. Click 'Join the Account'. The 'Continue' button will then turn blue. Click it.
You'll then see this:
6. Click the blue 'Sign In to Profile Page' button. You may be taken back to the Zoom Sign In page, if so click 'Sign in with Google' and you'll be logged into Zoom.
In the future, that's all you should have to do. Log into AUDirect, click on the Zoom link, then on the Sign in button and you'll be taken to your user account page.
