User Services

The Antioch University User Services Team is made up of hardworking members dedicated to the success of Antioch students and employees alike.  We can be found coast to coast on every campus providing end user support.  We maintain the fleet of computers deployed to Antioch employees and campus labs, libraries and classrooms.  We also answer incoming calls to the Antioch Helpdesk line and triage incoming Help Requests in our ticketing system.  Our goal is efficient and effective high quality customer support.
