Have questions or want to request a project?

A project starts with a Helpdesk request for a new project.  Then the PMO will help the requestor work up a Business Case, defining the needs, requirements, risks, and scope of the Project Request.

This work will be used to define and seek Project Approval from the appropriate leadership body.
