AUDirect can be used by Antioch students, applicants, faculty and staff to quickly access a variety of Antioch University applications, services, and information. AUDirect uses your personal, non-Antioch email address to communicate information needed to perform password changes and User ID reminders. If you do not have access to this email account, or have not provided a personal, non-Antioch email address, please contact the helpdesk for all User ID and password related issues.
1. Go to https://audirect.antioch.edu and enter your seven digit Antioch User ID number. You should have been provided your seven digit Antioch User ID number in a welcome letter. If you did not receive this letter, or do not have access to it, click on the ‘Forgot User ID?’ link, enter your personal non-Antioch email address, click the blue ‘Continue’ button and the User ID number will be sent to that email address.
Note: The address entered must match the non-Antioch email address Antioch University has on file for you.
2. Returning to the AUDirect login screen, once your Antioch User ID is entered, the window will change as illustrated below. You will be prompted to select a method of obtaining an authentication code. Select your preferred method and click the ‘Send Code’ button.
Note: If the methods listed for sending your authentication code appear incorrect, students should contact the Registrar's Office, and employees should contact the Human Resources Office, to request an update to your contact information.
Open the location you chose to have your authentication code sent and note the code you receive. The code is good for thirty (30) minutes. You will be entering it into the Authentication Code screen in the next step.
3. Enter the authentication code you received on the next screen as shown below and click the blue ‘Continue’ button.
You will then be taken to the Password Change screen.
4. On the Password Change screen, create your new password, entering it twice. Passwords must be at least eight characters and a mix of three of the following four elements:
1. Uppercase characters (A-Z)
2. Lowercase characters (a-z)
3. Numbers (0-9)
4. Special Characters (e.g. !, $, #, %)
Note: Your password cannot contain your User ID, first or last name.
Click the blue ‘Save Password’ button when finished. You will then receive a confirmation screen indicating that your password has been successfully changed.
5. The confirmation screen also serves as the initial screen you will be using to login for the first time. Click the blue ‘Continue’ button to login.
Once your password is set you can log in normally. Initially, your User ID will be filled in automatically. In subsequent logins, you will need to manually enter this information. AUDirect uses two factor authentication to login to all user accounts.
1. Proceeding from the Confirmation/User ID screen, enter your password on the Password screen and click the next blue ‘Continue’ button.
2. On the next screen, click the blue ‘Send Code’ button to have an authentication code sent to your preferred destination.
Open the location to which the authentication code was sent and note the code you receive. The code is good for thirty (30) minutes. You will be entering it on the Authentication screen in the next step.
3. On the Authentication Code screen, enter the authentication code and click the blue ‘Log In’ button.
You should now be logged in and will be taken automatically to AUDirect.
