About the position
Are you a dedicated and compassionate about providing exceptional care to disabled and aging adults? A New Leaf Home Care is seeking a operations admin to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.
The Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that we're delivering and documenting home care services aligned with the authorized care plan tailored to each client's unique needs. The Administrator operates within the Company's guidelines and adheres to LTC insurance/Medicaid Case orders, ensuring service provision as directed by the contract and/or program, under the supervision of a Care Manager and/or Supervisory RN. Additionally, the Administrator strictly adheres to State and Local Laws, Patient Bill of Rights and written agreements. Performs other duties as assigned/necessary.
As an Administrator at A New Leaf Home Care, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of our business. Your role includes managing staff, overseeing client care, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. You'll work remotely using our secure platform.

Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency in utilizing various applications and web tools commonly used in professional environments, particularly those related to document management, communication, and data entry
Clean background record and ability to pass a drug screen
Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health and can pass a pre-employment health assessment
Ability to function with minimal supervision
Successful completion of A New Leaf Home Care Orientation and Compliance training, and all other assigned trainings as applicable required
Successful completion of A New Leaf Home Care's Competency Program
Proficiency in the English language required
Employees: Must maintain all state and federal compliance requirements for employment
Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred:
Long Term Care Experience
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day business operations
Manage staff and coordinate caregiver assignments
Ensure services are consistently delivered according to the service plan
Monitor compliance with regulations and company policies
Utilize company platform(s) for administrative tasks
Attend orientation, in-service training sessions and staff meetings
Physical & Mental Demands:
Must be able to complete all physical & mental demands of the job, which may include, but not limited to the following:
Good physical and mental health
This is a on-call remote position, allowing for flexibility in schedule based on your availability. Must complete relevant background checks, drug tests and random drug tests at and throughout hire. Compensation will be negotiated based on our mutually agreed rate, reflecting the value of the services you will be providing. While this opportunity may start with fewer hours initially, it is expected to grow as our client base expands.
