"Bloom's Taxonomy is a hierarchical ordering of cognitive skills that can, among countless other uses, help teachers teach and students learn" (Heick, 2018, para. 1).

Let's take a look at WHY we should use Bloom's Taxonomy, HOW to use Bloom's Taxonomy and examples of Bloom's for educators.

According to Bloom's Taxonomy, human thinking can be broken into the following six categories (Knowledge, Comprehension, Application, Analysis, Synthesis and Evaluation.
