Vendor Information
The Association of Mathematics Teachers of New York State will hold its 75th Annual Conference from November 7-8 (with a leadership summit event the evening of the 6th) at the Hyatt Regency Rochester, in Rochester, New York. The theme for this year’s conference is Math for All: Inclusivity, Innovation, Impact. Mathematics educators from across the state representing all grade levels from elementary through college participate in this annual conference. You are invited to attend and join the big 75th celebration of AMTNYS as a vendor and sponsor. Vendor exhibit spaces will be open Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm. We offer four levels of sponsorship:
BRONZE SPONSOR (COST: $800): this includes one vendor space, a clickable logo on our conference sponsor page, one social media post, inclusion in social media blasts of all sponsors and a half-page ad in the program.
SILVER SPONSOR (COST: $1,600): this includes one preferred vendor space, clickable logo on our conference sponsor page, signage at snack/coffee breaks, logo on materials promoting the specific major, contact information for registrants after the conference, at least one social media post, inclusion in social media blasts of all sponsors and a half-page ad in program.
GOLD SPONSOR (COST: $2,500): this includes one preferred vendor space, prominent clickable logo on front page of registration and conference sponsor page, signage at a major event (receptions), logo on materials promoting the specific major event, contact information for registrants before the conference, at least one social media post, inclusion in social media blasts of all sponsors and a full-page ad in program.
PLATINUM SPONSOR (COST: $6,000): this includes one premium vendor space,
prominent clickable logo on front page of registration and conference sponsor page, signage at a major event (banquets, socials), opportunity to tailor sponsorship participation logo on materials promoting the specific major event, contact information for registrants before conference, at least one social media post, inclusion in social media blasts of all sponsors and a full-page ad in program.
Additional vendor space is available at $500 per space. Vendor space will be allotted in the order in which reservations, accompanied by payment, are received. Additional information will be provided by our decorator, Great Lakes.
Upgrades on ads are available as well. A half-page can be upgraded to a full page for $100 more. The copy ready advertisement is emailed to Rachel Peschieri (Program Compiler)
Hotel Reservation information will be on our website when available. When reserving a vendor space, please be aware that you are agreeing to remain open for the stipulated times, unless prior arrangements are made.
