The Assembly shall consist of the following:

• The President and President Elect

• All Function Committee and Ad Hoc Chairpersons (including the NCTM Representative and the NCTM Delegate)

• Not more than fifteen Presidential Appointees, chosen by the President for terms of one year, so as to include the Assembly persons performing important duties for the Association or so as to improve representation of otherwise under-represented areas of mathematics instruction

• All District Representatives

• One named representative from each Affiliated Group

• As non-voting members, Past Presidents and Distinguished Service Award Recipients who are not included in the above
