In January 2026, AMTNYS will be moving its membership database system from MemberClicks to Member365. During this period, access to your AMTNYS membership profile will be unavailable for a brief period of time, but please rest assured that all active membership profile data will be imported with fidelity into the new system. We do not anticipate that any individual user will need to be responsible for migrating their data, though once the transfer has been completed and the Member365 portal has been activated, we hope all users will take the time to explore the new system and update their profile with any new information.

To aid in the transition, the link to join AMTNYS as a new member has been temporarily disabled, and all automatic renewal notification emails have been paused. Any renewal payments that are currently in the mail or processing through district payment protocols will still be received and updated within the new system, and we will work to ensure no loss of any member profile with an expiration date occurring during the transition period.
