Greetings, Fratres, Sorores and Friends of AMORC!
I hope this message finds you healthy, happy, and at harmony with the world! The beginning of this year was especially difficult for me as it seemed that many circumstances “conspired” to align in very challenging ways all at the same time. I felt as though I lacked the strength to deal with the obstacles that the Cosmic had placed on my Path. Sometimes, we may feel overwhelmed, and then indulge in feeling sorry for ourselves. Fortunately, it is at these times that mystical awareness can help us the most because the Mystic understands that the Cosmic always provides exactly what we need to move forward on our path...

Beloved Fraters and Sorors,
2022, The Year of the Water Tiger
Greetings, Fraters and Sorors, Colorado Rosicrucians
I confess to including a bit of animism in my studies and practice. I have long felt I had a connection to Bear. I was born in a Year of the Tiger on the Chinese Zodiac. So was my daughter. We are both Metal Tigers.
2022 is the Year of the Water Tiger, a different element from Taoist practice.

“Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck.” -- Dalai Lama
Greetings from the East!
Dear Fratres and Sorores,
As is the way with publishing deadlines, when you are reading this the new R+C year will have already started and my term in office will be over. Although the events of last two years have certainly not been “getting what you want” I am grateful for the chance to have served and helped in whatever small way I was able. Thank you all.

Greetings Beloved Fraters and Sorors,
Master Bill Fickas asked me to serve as Master of Mountain Rose Pronaos and I have accepted. Soror Karen Wark had indicated this was permissible, given the circumstances. She also described how Grand Master Julie Scott, who never turned down a request to serve, finished out her term as an AMORC officer while simultaneously taking up the office of Grand Master.
Although I knew this would be an additional workload to my responsibilities as Regional Monitor, I could do no different. I have done this job before, and I believe in the Rosicrucian ideals. I could choose fear, or I could choose love. I choose love. And I choose to love fearlessly.

Beloved Fraters and Sorors,
It has been said that many people are so afraid of dying that they never live. We could say something similar about anything we are afraid of, that it robs us of the most abundant and fulfilling life we could experience.

Dear Sisters and Brothers, Sorores and Fraters;
It seems to be a given, ever since the Renaissance and the advancement of science, that we have held science to be supreme and to be the final source of “truth” in this universe. At every turn we see scientists unraveling the mysteries of long-lost secrets of nature and humanity. The knowledge of the wonders of galaxies and black holes and black matter, knowledge of the natural processes such as plant life producing oxygen from carbon dioxide and sunlight, knowledge of the invisible workings and interactions of sub-atomic particles are just a miniscule listing of the broad knowledge brought to us by science.

Greetings in the Light of Martinism!
Dear Sisters & Brothers & Friends,
Spring has arrived in the Northern Hemisphere and all of the life on our planet literally renews itself in its appearance in our world in so many interesting and various ways! We have just celebrated the Spring Equinox at the end of March – we are renewed at all levels whether we are consciously aware of it or not – and our spiritual growth follows in this same manner as what we see with our physical eyes occurring in the world around us!

One of the positive outflowings of these months of COVID sequestering has been the development of our online Rosicrucian meetings and community.
Grand Lodge has extensive online offerings for both members and nonmembers. Our Regional Officers have worked together to develop Colorado Rosicrucian meetings through Zoom. These meetings are embracing a geographically expanding Rosicrucian community that is much larger than our local affiliated bodies in Colorado Springs and Denver.
Our Colorado Regional Newsletter desires to offer all our members a space to share their mystical thought/feeling/perspective. These Reflections need to be submitted to Grand Councilor Bill Hallett for review prior to newsletter publication. The reflection would need to be emailed to our Grand Councilor at cologc777@gmail.com six weeks prior to publication: November 15, February 15, May 15, August 15. The writing needs to be 500 words or less.
We invite you to share your thoughts, insights, and experiences. Share your Light with us!
