75 Years ago – July, August, September 1945

Meeting location – Johnson Building, 509 17th St.

• Status - Chapter

• Membership roster – 24 members

• Convocation every Friday 8:00 PM

• Each meeting included the lesson and an experiment

• Very healthy group with 2 Colombes and 1 Colombe-in-Waiting

• Sponsoring and conducting meetings for the youth – Torch Bearers.

• The chapter is sending two representatives to the San Jose convention

• Monthly dues raised from 50¢ to $1.00 to pay for a larger meeting room at the current quarters

• Frater William Norris from Pittsburgh is conducting a series of open meetings during the months of July and August

• A Chapter picnic was held at city park on August 25th

• The sewing circle meets to make quilts on Wednesday of every other week.

• The choir group meets on every Thursday evening

• The first ever Denver Rosicrucian wedding ceremony was held on Sept. 4th for Soror Valerie Jones and Frater Forrest Pitts

• The annual Pyramid Ceremony was held on Sept. 23rd at Washington Park.

50 Years ago – July, August, September 1970

• Convocation every Friday 8:00 PM

• 2 Colombes serving

• Chapter Breakfast and “Sunshine” (metaphysical aid) committee meetings at a member’s house held monthly

• Neophyte degree forums were held on each Wednesday evening of April and May

• Open House sessions for members and friends were held on Wednesdays in July and August.

• Chapter members enjoyed a chartered bus trip to Cripple Creek to enjoy the melodrama and a dinner on August 2

• A Hobo Party was held on August 29th at the Woodhull’s home. Everyone came in their worst clothing

• Degree forums commenced on Wednesdays in September studying Neophyte Degree three and Ninth Temple Degree

25 Years ago – July, August, September 1995

• Status - Lodge

• 2 Colombes serving

• Membership roster – 25 members

• Held ongoing Artisan classes on the fourth Saturday of each month with Artisan Master Farrell North

• TMO Master Linda Tyler conducting ongoing TMO classes

• Lodge convocations are held on the first two Friday’s of the month with a Pronaos convocation held on the third Friday. The Pronaos convocation is followed by a neophyte degree forum.

• The Lodge conferred the two parts of the 1st degree initiation on Friday August 25th and Saturday August 26th.

• The Lodge conferred the 5th degree initiation on Saturday September 23rd.

• The annual Pyramid ceremony was conducted on Friday September 30th
