75 Years ago – October, November, December 1944

Meeting location – Johnson Building, 509 Seventeenth St.

· Status - Chapter

· Membership roster – 37 members

· Convocation every Friday 8:00 PM

· Each meeting included the lesson and an experiment

· Very healthy group with 2 Colombes

· Continued operation of the “Sunshine Circle” to meet on the last Sunday of each month. The purpose is to provide “a means for coordinating our efforts to being cheer, comfort, and encouragement in the lives of those whose way is rugged.”

· Sponsoring and conducting meetings for the youth – Torch Bearers.

· The Library Room “across the hall” is now open on Tuesdays through Saturdays for study, meditation, and discussion.

· Because of rising expenses monthly dues were raised to 50₵.

· The First Annual Rally (convention) was held on October 27 through 29. The program included a banquet, educational films, messages from San Jose, music, and talks on various subjects.

· A Chapter initiation was held on November 3^rd.

· A Christmas party and Bazaar was held on December 8^th. Activities included a candle-light processional, Christmas carols, games, music, drawing for prizes, and refreshments

· There is continued concern and extended positive energy toward the war. Members and sons of members are being tracked as they participate in war related activities.

50 Years ago – October, November, December 1969

· Membership roster – 53 members

· Convocation every Friday 8:00 PM

· 1 Colombe serving

· Chapter Breakfast and “Sunshine” (metaphysical aid) committee meetings at a member’s house held monthly

· Neophyte degree forums were held on each Wednesday evening.

· Following the degree forum on December 3^rd there was a special showing of the film “Apollo 11 flight”.

· The annual Christmas Party was held on December 20^th at Frater and Soror Woodhull’s residence.

25 Years ago – October, November, December 1994

Meeting location – Edgewater Masonic building – 5700 West 25^th Ave.

· Status - Lodge

· 1 Colombe serving

· Membership roster – 32 members

· Held ongoing Artisan classes on the fourth Saturday of each month with Artisan Master Farrell North

· TMO Master Sandra Coleman conducting ongoing TMO classes

· Lodge convocations are held on the first two Friday’s of the month with a Pronaos convocation held on the third Friday. The Pronaos convocation is followed by a neophyte degree forum.

· The annual Candle Lighting Ceremony was held on December 2^nd.

· The annual Holiday (Christmas) Party was held on December 11^th at Frater and Soror Woodhull’s residence.
