Your ANS Buddy

At ANS we are keen for our new teachers to settle quickly and so we provide you with a "buddy" who will be in contact with you before you arrive. 

New staff joining us in April/May will receive one buddy.

New staff joining us in July/August will receive two buddies.

ALL NEW STAFF:

Your buddy will be as a point of contact for anything Bangkok related and settling into ANS.

The idea is that you can ask your buddy anything you need to and they will be a familiar face to greet you when you come into school for the first time.  In the past new staff have appreciated this immediate link to existing staff as a base for when they join the team.  

ONLY JULY/AUGUST STAFF:

Your second buddy will be your class partner.  They are in your position from May to July, for you to take up in July, second half of our first term. 

The focus of this buddy is to support transition of information to support you in settling into your role and needs of the children.  It can be a challenging starting mid-way, so please do not hesitate with any question. "We are Curious"

Your buddies are there to help you settle from now to when you arrive, to help with any questions to do with accommodation, social, food, clothing, cost of living or your position etc.
