Conference Attire
Business smart/casual or national dress is recommended.
Formal attire/national dress during the opening session will be appreciated.
Currency Exchange and ATMs
1 US Dollar is equivalent to 15,323 Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
There are ATM kiosks that are open 24/7 within the conference area. Most ATM machines allow transactions for international credit and debit cards.
Payment Modes
Most merchants within the Bandung area accept credit or debit cards, cash, or payment through technology apps such as GoPay, OVO, and DANA.
Emergency Services
First aid and emergency services are available within the conference venue. For participants needing higher medical care, get in touch with the Secretariat to arrange transport to any of the following healthcare facilities in the area: (1) Santosa Hospital Bandung Central and (2) Rumah Sakit Umum Bungsu.
Other Reminders
Bring your personal medicines as pharmacies in the Bandung area might not have your prescribed medications.
Meals to be served at the conference are halal.
For any other food restrictions, kindly inform the Secretariat.
Participation in city tours, hikes, shopping trips, and similar activities outside of the official conference program is of the participant’s own volition. AMIC, UNPAD, and FEU shall not be held liable for any untoward event that might happen to the participant in relation to their participation in any of these events.
