Conference Advisories

1. The list below are the hotels in Bandung, Indonesia recommended by the AMIC Conference Secretariat. They are very accessible to our conference venue which is the Savoy Homann Hotel.

2. There are other hotels in Bandung but quite a distance from Savoy Homman and will require taxi transport to/from Savoy Homman Hotel.

3. Reservations are to be made online. Hotel rates are changeable depending on number of available rooms, etc.

4. 29th AMIC Conference participants should book their room now to ensure their room accommodation. They can make a reservation within a particular (lock-in) period and make reconfirmation later on an agreed date.

5. The conference dates coincide with a long weekend in Bandung and hotels may be fully booked by local and foreign tourist a month or weeks before the AMIC conference dates.

6. Conference host Universitas Padjadjaran is coordinating with the different hotels listed below for possible discount for conference participants. You will be informed of the details, including how to avail of the discount despite early room reservation, as soon as the details are worked out.

7. Standard check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 12:00.
