Add an ingestion source via CSV
Add an ingestion source via CSV
To ingest content via CSV, perform the following steps:
Click Media Library tab → Ingestion Sources menu.
When no ingestion sources are added yet, an empty ingestion screen is displayed, as shown.
2. Click the ADD SOURCE button available at the center of the screen, as depicted here.
Or
If the ingestion sources are already available in the system, click the ADD SOURCE button available on the right side of the screen, as depicted.
The New Ingest Source screen is displayed. Use this to provide details of your ingestion source.
3. Provide the source name, and select the source type as CSV.
Two new fields are displayed in the New Ingest Source screen.
4. Provide the asset details in the CSV template in Amagi format, and upload it to the system using the Choose File button.
Note: If you are not sure about this format, download the template using the Download button, modify the template as per your need, and upload it back to the system.
Once the CSV template is uploaded properly, the SAVE button becomes active.
5. Click the SAVE button to save the ingestion details.
